The Agency Advantage is a monthly retainer that gives you a dedicated block of hours — either 25, 40, or 60 hours depending on your tier — applied to whatever your brand needs most that month. You get direct access to a senior creative strategist plus our execution team. We kick off each month with a strategy session to prioritize deliverables, then work async through your dedicated Slack channel and project management portal. Hours do not roll over, but we're flexible on scope month-to-month. There's no long-term contract — though most clients stay 6–12 months once they see results.

Campaign Strategy Only gives you the complete blueprint: positioning, messaging, funnel map, content calendar, and KPI targets — everything you need to hand off to your in-house team or another vendor to execute. Campaign Build — Full is end-to-end delivery. We build the landing pages, write every email in the sequence, produce ad creative, and optionally set up a webinar, interactive quiz, or game mechanic as part of the campaign. If you have execution capacity internally but need the strategic thinking, Strategy Only is a great starting point. If you want it done right with no gaps, go Full.

Yes to both. For project-based work (website builds, campaign builds, copy packages), we typically split into 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, with milestone-based options available for larger projects. For retainers, billing is monthly in advance. Custom quotes are available for anything that doesn't fit neatly into a listed package — enterprise brands, multi-site builds, white-label agency work, or ongoing creative partnerships at unusual scopes. The timelines listed are realistic when the client is responsive: Starter sites run 3–4 weeks, Professional builds 5–7 weeks, and High-End Custom builds 8–12 weeks. The biggest variable is client-side turnaround — content delivery, feedback cycles, and stakeholder approvals. We'll agree on a detailed project timeline at kickoff, including key milestones and content deadlines. If you have a hard launch date, tell us upfront and we'll structure the project accordingly.

No — those are billed directly through your own accounts so you maintain ownership and control. We'll recommend the right hosting stack for your site, help you configure it, and document everything. Typical ongoing costs are $20–100/month for hosting depending on traffic and complexity, plus domain registration ($15–20/year). Premium plugins or third-party tool licenses are also your cost. We build with best-in-class tools and will always tell you exactly what you're paying for before you commit.

Upgrades can happen mid-month — if you realize you need more hours, we'll pro-rate the difference and get moving. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We ask for written notice by the 25th of the month to process a downgrade. If you need to pause entirely, we offer a 30-day hold option for retainer clients in good standing — life happens, we get it. We'd rather keep the relationship intact than lose a great client to a rough quarter.

The Starter Site Build is template-based and doesn't include custom development. The Professional tier handles limited custom code and basic eCommerce. For anything beyond that — custom React components, headless CMS setups, complex checkout flows, API integrations, or SaaS-style functionality — the High-End Custom Build is designed for exactly that. If you're mid-project and realize you need more than originally scoped, we'll assess the delta and quote any additional work transparently before proceeding.

There's no contract minimum — we operate month-to-month. That said, the retainer model works best with continuity: the first month is heavily onboarding and ramp-up, and most clients don't see the full creative flywheel spinning until month 2 or 3. We'll be upfront if we think you need more time to see ROI. Most of our retainer clients stay 6–18 months. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice at any time.
